Ideas of luxury and nice things vary from person to person. Some people might not appreciate the fact that I have a $90 dog leash for my furry pooch, but I might not understand why someone would need an iPad and a Kindle Fire. You see where I’m going with this? Because everyone has their own ideas on what a decadent Christmas or holiday gift is, you will have to be certain that you understand that their wishlist may not include the same things as your own.
This was really hard for me to understand until a couple of years ago. The thing is, my brother is a self-proclaimed geek or nerd. He absolutely loves gadgets, electronics and gaming. Those are things that I just do not want to mess with. Luckily I have figured out that geeks are not as difficult to buy for as I once thought. In fact, shopping for my brother and other gadget lovers in my life has become quite a breeze. I’m almost always done with their shopping first, and I know for a fact that they will love the gifts I give them.
To help you out with ideas for the nerds that you love, here is an infographic that shows the geek wishlist.
